Legs still feeling sore from Sunday's race, so decided to do a slow recovery run today. As the legs began to roll, it carries the body along...and it fell so good to let the whole body flow.....and the soreness seems to go away. It felt so good to have the mind, body and legs in sync.....felt that I can go on forever! Just thankful for a pair of good legs and healthy body to enjoy the freedom of space and movement.
